Without references please include ABOVE information and the following :
1.) picture of DL (with name and picture visible)
2.) selfie holding DL
3.) picture of your business card, or LinkedIn profile
4.) if you do not have a business card or LinkedIn profile please include the following , Occupation & Place of Employment. I need to be able to verify you are an employee of said place. I will not contact your employer and will delete all personal info after screening is complete.
